How to integrate PayPal API
1. Go to https://developer.paypal.com/dashboard/applications/live
2. Click on manage “Manage Webhooks”
3. Click “Add Webhook”
4. Add “Webhook URL” from the integration document, Choose “All Events”
5. Provide access to the “Transaction search”. We need it in order to load historical data
6. Provide Client ID, Secret
