How to generate API key for Apple Search Ads API

To connect to Apple Search Ads you need to get some IDs from the AppleSearch Ads UI.

1. Requirements to the Apple Search Ads user

You will need to have the user with role “API AccountRead Only”  or “API Account Manager”

2. From the Search Ads UI, choose Account Settings > API.

Copy our public key below (do not create your own). The BEGIN and ENDlines must be included with all the dashes:

3. Paste our Public Key that you copied in the previous step into the Public Key field in the Apple Search Ads GUI like in the picture below.

Click Save. A group of credentials displays as a code block above the public key field.
